Magic Bling-dom mourns the loss of Roy Edward Disney

For those unaware, Roy Edward Disney was the son of Roy Oliver Disney and the nephew of Walter Elias Disney. Roy E. Disney was diagnosed with stomach cancer a year ago, and his passing was 43 years and one day after Walt Disney's death. He's remembered as a protecter of family traditions, his nature movies ("Pancho, A Dog of the Plains," "The Owl That Didn't Give A Hoot" and an Oscar-nominated short subject "Mysteries of the Deep."), and forcing out the new management of the walt disney company after his uncles and fathers death, saving the company from rock bottom, forcing out Ron Miller and Michael Eisner, two Chief Executive Officers accused by Roy of turning the Walt Disney Company to a "rapacious, soul-less" company. In the end Roy E. Disney has left this world, he may be gone but is sure not going to be forgotten along with his Dad Roy and Uncle Walt. It is very upsetting that these great entertainment geniuses have been taken away from us, but as we go to a Disney theme park or watch a Disney movie we are reliving memories from the past as Walt promised. Through the years we'll all be friends wherever we may be. Rest in Peace Roy Edward Disney.
